Green Incentives

It’s simple: Saving energy and water saves money and helps the environment. And going green doesn’t mean having to spend a lot of money. Simple and cost-effective retrofits such as replacing light bulbs with compact fluorescent lights (CFLs), installing a free high-efficiency showerhead or switching to a programmable thermostat can go a long way. While other retrofits can cost more — such as installing solar power panels or replacing home appliances with low-flow or high-efficient ones — a return on your investment in the form of energy and water bills can be realized, and often very quickly.
