What is the intention of the founders?
As stated above, the main source of funding comes from Metro 1 Properties. As a real estate brokerage it is important to connect and give-back to our community. Positioning ourselves within the green community allows Metro 1 to establish, nurture and maintain healthy, positive relationships within our community in addition to putting the firm on the leading edge with regard to sustainable projects, including new construction developments and existing buildings. By continually gaining respect in the green building community property owners are more apt to work with a firm that is dedicated to sustainable building practices in addition to having the community connectivity, social awareness, knowledge and credentials to assist property owners comfortably with their green building initiatives. In short, Metro 1 Properties understands and believes in the philosophy of giving back. In this world you get what you give.
